Caritas is using their momentum from the start in hopes fo propel them to first place!

Caritas has come into the year gunning for the house cup. Although they have not always been on top in the past, this year they are ready to fight and have been preparing to win competitions and earn more points than ever before.

Caritas has not had the best luck in the past two years of the house system, but they are back and better than ever! They are currently sitting in third place and have been working really hard in the house competitions. The 20 points they earned at the volleyball game attendance competition propelled them forward into the top three.

Caritas has not always had it easy, but their determination and house pride have helped them a lot this year. Earlier in the year, they had a prayer service for a young boy with cancer. They also had a lot of house spirit in the house reveal at the very beginning of the semester. Needless to say, Caritas is not a house to be messing around with.

“I think Caritas came out really strong and we had a lot of good energy right from the start,” Caritas Head of House Gracie Edwards said.

For Caritas, staying in the top three means keeping up the momentum in every competition this year. With the upcoming hallway decorating competition, Caritas has a chance at taking home some big points. The freshmen-only competition is also wrapping up, meaning Caritas has a chance to win even more points.

“We are a good amount back from the first place spot and I think the best way to go the rest of the year is to keep following the plans and goals we set over the summer, which was to get 100% participation by March. I think we are definitely headed in the right direction. With the more people that participate and care, the further we will go,” Caritas Head of House Matthew Willenbrink said.

Caritas is not a house to mess around with as they have revived themselves from last year and are sitting comfortably in third place. They are ready to fight for the house cup and hope to come out on top at the end of the year.
