The Sixth Sense
Dr. Malcolm Crowe, a psychologist in Philadelphia, is confronted by a troubled nine-year-old boy named Cole Sear. Sear appears to be delusional, and Crowe wants to drop the case. However, thinking of a troubled patient he once had with the same problems, Crowe decides to keep the patient.
Moana
When the island of Te Fiti’s crops fail and the fishermen can’t catch any fish, Moana, the only daughter of the tribe’s chief, decides to go on a quest to save her people. Moana found that the key to saving her island was the heart of Te Fiti, and that the only way to get it was by finding the demigod, Maui.
Captain America: Civil War
After the city of Sokovia fell out of the sky, the world began to fear the Avengers. So, the government created the Hero Registration Act that limits the heroes’ actions. This act caused major conflict between the Avengers and eventually split the team up.
“It has action, so it’s good for everyone and… the actors are amazing,” said sophomore Colleen Cooper.
Alice Through the Looking Glass
Alice returned to Wonderland only to find out that the Mad Hatter is sick. With all of her friends worrying about the Hatter’s condition, Alice decided that she would help save him. According to the White Queen, the only way to save the Hatter is for Alice to travel back to the past with the help of the Chronosphere.
Lemonade Mouth
While in detention, five completely different high schoolers from different backgrounds meet and bond over the lemonade vending machine and music. Together, they create the band Lemonade Mouth.
“The songs are amazing,” said junior Gavin Young.
