You Can’t Miss These Movies

Star Wars: The Last Jedi
This eighth installment to the seemingly never ending Star Wars saga is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Breakthrough stars Daisy Ridley and John Boyega will reprise their roles as the fan-favorite heroes Rey and Finn. They will be accompanied by Star Wars veteran Mark Hamill who has returned to play the iconic Luke Skywalker. The Last Jedi is set to pick up right where 2015’s The Force Awakens left off, following Rey and her path to becoming a powerful Jedi along with the ongoing battle between the Resistance and the New Order. Star Wars fans expect nothing but the best from this iconic franchise.

Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle
This new film is a modern twist on the 90s classic we all know and love. Jumanji tells the story of four teens who stumble upon an old video game console that transports them into the jungle. They then transform into their adult avatars played by Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan. With it’s talented cast and interesting plot, this movie is sure to have viewers on the edge of their seats anticipating or rolling on the floor laughing. If you’re looking for a film packed with both action and laughs, Jumanji is the way to go.

The Greatest Showman
For fans of the circus, The Greatest Showman is a must-see. This musical drama tells the inspiring story of P.T. Barnum, the original creator of the circus and his rise to the top. Hugh Jackman will be taking on the lead role as Barnum staring alongside Michelle Williams, Zac Efron and Zendaya. The Greatest Showman also boasts an original soundtrack that is sure to have moviegoers singing on their way out of the theater. For music and drama fans alike, this film looks like a lot of fun.

Ferdinand
This heartwarming animated flick is the perfect family film for this holiday season. Ferdinand tells the story of a peaceful, big-hearted bull who is forced into the dangerous world of bull-fighting. He now must face his fears in order to escape and return back home to his family. Superstar wrestler John Cena will be the voice of Ferdinand, joined by Kate McKinnon and Bobby Canavale who will voice Ferdinand’s friends Lupe and Valliente. You’re never too old for a good animated movie, and Ferdinand looks like a great time for all ages.
