Football Looks to Bounce Back at Districts

The football team finished off their season strong with a 17-7 win over Priory on Saturday. Their final regular season record was 3-6. Though it was a season of ups and downs, the team never lost their motivation to win. They have been working hard to improve going into the postseason.

“Even though we didn’t win every game, we fought hard every night, and we never pointed fingers for the blame when we lost. We won and lost as a family,” said senior Nate Mueller.

The boys are set to take on Parkway North in the district tournament on Friday, October 20 at 7 pm. Be sure to pack the stands and support the Crusaders as they kick off their postseason.
