Alayna Metherd and Gavin Kalish

Freshmen Alayna Metherd and Gavin Kalish are going to their first high school dance in style. Kalish is an ambassador at St. Dominic and is also on the soccer team. On the other hand, Mertherd is a cheerleader and part of the JV volleyball team.

“What I am most excited about being in hoco-court is that I get to represent my class, and I get free tickets,” said Kalish.

“When they announced that I was on court I was really excited! I’m looking forward to the pep rally and the homecoming game. I can’t wait for my first homecoming and to make new memories with my friends,” said Mertherd.

With a delicious doughnut proposal, how could you refuse? Sophomores Matt Renaud and Jamie Wilmes are so excited to take the stage at homecoming! Renaud is on the tennis and cross country teams, while Wilmes is involved with CRU, lacrosse and softball.

“When they announced that I was going to be on court I was pretty happy and surprised at the same time,” said Renaud.

“I am most excited to walk down with Matt at the football game and the dance and be able to wear a crown to school cause that’s like five year old me’s dream,” said Wilmes.

With childhood dreams becoming a reality, homecoming will be a phenomenal night for your sophomore couple on court.
