Hail, Ceasar!

Set in the 1950s on the production lot of a movie, Hail, Ceasar! tells the story of an overworked producer named Eddie Mannix (Josh Brolin) who is trying to juggle the problems of an annoyed director, a sleazy swimmer, a tap-dancing sailor and a cowboy who can’t act. On top of all that, Mannix has to try to keep the peace between himself and his wife. And, as if that weren’t enough, the lead actor in the company’s biggest blockbuster, Baird Whitlock, is kidnapped and held for a ransom of $100,000. The movie features famous actors and actresses such as George Clooney, Channing Tatum and Scarlett Johansson. It is filled with plot twists to keep you on your toes, and the movie’s humor is enough to balance out the suspenseful scenes. Hail, Ceasar! is a wonderful thriller movie to see with family or friends.

Musical.ly image

Musical.ly, often dubbed “Musically,” is a lip-synching app that has rapidly gained popularity over the past few months. The app allows users to choose a song from the online library or from the user’s own music collection in order to record a video of themselves lip-synching along to it. Although watching the videos gets old pretty quickly, they are fun to create and share online or with friends.
