There is tons to talk about as the Cardinals and Blues gear up for huge games in St. Louis this season. 

The blues won their last nine consecutive games. The most recent of these wins include their game against Avalanche, where they shot the winning score of 2-1. The game before that, the Blues versed the Predators with a similar score of 3-2. 

If the Blues continue this winning streak, they might be able to gain a spot in the playoffs this season. The Blues plan to score their next win on April 1st at 5:00 versus the Red Wings. As hockey gears up for the playoffs, baseball begins the season with amazing stats already being made. 

The St. Louis Cardinals won their first game of the regular season against the Twins on March 27th with a score of 5-3 in the final rounds. This game came as a warm welcome to the regular season after the Cardinals lost the first two games of spring training. This aided the Cardinals with the boost they needed to gain their win streak of three consecutive games since the start of the regular season. Unfortunately, this win streak ended during the last game the Cardinals played against the Angels. 

As the season progresses they have two more games scheduled against the Angels, who ended their consecutive winning streak. The first game against the Angels is on April 1st at 4:45pm, and the second is scheduled for April 2nd at 10:15am. 

Although the St. Louis Cardinals have had a great start to the baseball season this year, there are several more games left that will continue to test the Cardinals. 

The St. Louis Blues and Cardinals have some time to add to both of their winning streaks this season. The Blues plan to gain a spot in the playoffs, while the Cardinals plan to win more games as they move forward with this season.
