Spirit Week Day 2: Country vs. Coastal

Lexi Bross

Country vs. Costal winners was a hit! Here are the winners, one from each grade!

The second day of spirit week was filled with flannel and Hawaiian shirts! It was great to see the Crusader family having a great time dressing from the country or coastal!

This time for judging, students were separated into grade levels, so we had four winners!

The sophomore class has had two winners so far this week! Kayla Robertson came ready to have fun in the sun today by wearing her Hawaiian clothes.

“I chose this theme because I love the beach and Hawaiian is a beach theme. I feel really good that I won and I had so much fun!” Robertson said.

The winner for the junior class was Gracie Lynch. She wore flannel, cowboy boots and corn because she was going for the country theme.

“I was happy about winning because I didn’t think I was going to win,” said Lynch.

We take a pause tomorrow on the themed days for the celebration of Mass. This is a great way to center ourselves as a school. So wear your mass dress tomorrow!
