Creating Footprints
For the past three years St. Dominic has hosted an annual Footprints game. The game is played for the Footprints Program at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center. This year the girls’ varsity soccer team raised over $2,500 in concessions, raffles, and T-shirt sales for the program. Before the game, the girls worked hard selling T-shirts to the St. Dominic community. For each shirt sold, $10 was donated to Cardinal Glennon. Overall, the team sold 316 shirts. The Crusader ladies worked hard to beat Ursuline 1-0 during the Footprints game last Wednesday.
“The support from the St. Dominic community means so much to me; I am really touched by the support we get. I am so touched by how everyone here gets behind it and supports the Cardinal Glennon Program,” said Coach Koeller.
