Craving Easter Candies
It’s about that time of the year where we begin to celebrate Easter, and the things that come along with it, including Easter gift baskets filled with a variety of candy. Here are just a few Easter candies that I would suggest as a perfect basket filler this year!
Butterfinger NestEggs
With the perfect amount of chocolate and crunch all combined into a little egg, this is my absolute favorite Easter candy. This delicious treat also comes in bags of mini NestEggs, as well as bigger sizes.
Chocolate Bunnies
Bunny shaped chocolates are always the best thing to see in your Easter basket. They are so festive and perfect for the holiday! There are so many different companies that sell chocolate bunnies, but a few of my favorites that I’d recommend are Hershey’s, Russell Stover, or Lindt. There are plenty of different sizes and flavors to choose from when picking an iconic chocolate bunny.
Cookies and Cream Bunny
One of the options given when choosing a chocolate bunny is the cookies and cream flavor. If you haven’t yet, I definitely recommend trying this twist on the traditional Easter treat. If you have a major sweet tooth like me, you may even prefer this kind of bunny!
Marshmallow Bunnies
But why just settle for chocolate bunnies, when you can get marshmallow bunnies too? Coming in small packages, the Branch’s brand of small bunny-shaped marshmallows are my personal favorite. If you still want a classic chocolate bunny, you’re in luck, because they also have chocolate-covered marshmallow bunnies, which are ten times better.
Sweetarts Chicks, Ducks and Bunnies
These are the perfect combination of sweet and sour! Just like the classic Sweetarts, you can suck or chew on these hard candies. The packaging of little chicks, ducks and bunnies are adorable and so fun for the Easter season.
Whoppers Mini Robin Eggs
These adorably egg-shaped Whoppers have the perfect amount of sweetness and are made from malted milk. They are harder on the inside and have chocolate outside. With the perfect amount of crunch, this candy simply dissolves in your mouth, making it that much better to enjoy.
Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs
If you ask anyone what their favorite Easter candy is, the majority would most likely say Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs. I would have to place myself in the group of people who love this popular and delicious Easter candy. I mean who doesn’t love the perfect amount of chocolate and peanut butter mix?
M&M’s Filled Eggs
You can never go wrong with M&M’s! These little plastic eggs, which are filled with a handful of M&M’s, are a perfect basket stuffer! No need to worry about your Easter candy getting all over the place, because everything is maintained in this small, plastic egg. The super tasty eggs come in different colors and are festive!
Candy Coated Mini Eggs
These are yet another very popular Easter candy that I hear a lot about. These candy coated mini eggs are milk chocolate, taste amazing and even look like a real egg with their intricate design. I always got these growing up, and they even became a tradition.
Assorted Truffle Eggs
Let me tell you, these are one of the most delicious candies you will put into your mouth. These are amazing, especially when you buy the ones from the company LINDOR. These luxurious chocolate eggs are filled with white, dark or milk chocolate. When you put one in your mouth it explodes with flavor and is a perfect, modern dessert to enjoy this Easter.
If you have a sweet tooth, or know someone who can’t resist the delicious sugar, I’d definitely recommend any of these Easter candies. Now go stuff up those baskets and have an amazing Easter!
