With the theme of “Dancing Through the Decades” chosen for this year’s Winter Formal dance, many are curious as to what will be in store. Ms. Renee Thomas and Student Council have many fun ideas in store for this dance and hope to see you all there!

At the end of every winter, St. Dominic’s Student Council likes to put on a night of fun and dancing for every grade to enjoy. This year, Ms. Thomas and her amazing team are excited to see students dressing with the theme.

“This dance is not as formal as homecoming… They can wear just about anything from the ‘50s up until the ‘00s,” Ms. Thomas said.

She promises students a carefree and entertaining night, from a disco ball to fun lights and a playlist students can pick out. Song requests are being taken in Ms. Thomas’s room 411. The dance is on February 2 and tickets will be sold the week before for $5 each. Get those iconic outfits ready for a dancing extravaganza.
