New Administration For Our Crusader Nation
This year, St. Dominic’s administration team welcomed many new members. Between familiar and brand new faces, our school is sure to be led by a great team.
Mrs. Wehde
You may have seen Mrs. Wehde in the Dominican Center last year planning our amazing events. This year, she has been promoted to Director of Advancement and is thrilled for the upcoming school year.
“I am so excited about the year ahead. What a blessing to work beside such an amazing team of administration, faculty
and staff who are all committed and dedicated to our mission and the future of our students every day here at St Dominic,” said Wehde.
Mr. Dempsey
Our new assistant principal is not only new to the administration team, but to the St. Dominic community as well. Mr. Dempsey is already fitting in nicely, and can not wait to see what this year will bring.
“I am feeling great about how the year is going. Everyone at St. Dominic has been so kind in welcoming me to the Crusader family. I’m excited about building relationships with all of the teachers and students. While trying to learn everyone’s name is an overwhelming process, I am determined to find a way. I most look forward to being a part of a faculty and staff that helps guide each student towards a successful high school experience,” said Dempsey.
Ms. Fetter
Last, but certainly not least, is our returning leading lady Ms. Fetter. We are thrilled to be welcoming her back not only to our school, but to the position of our principal for the school year.
“I am excited to be able to serve the students, teachers and the broader St. Dominic community this year. I absolutely love this place. I am looking forward to working with our teachers to help support them in whatever ways I can. I get to work more closely with our administrative team including Mr. Dempsey, Mrs. Mennemeier, Mr. Roberts, Mrs. Wehde and Mr. Welby — a great group of folks with a lot of passion and energy. Mostly, it is just a blast to be back around our students. I get pretty pumped to be able to be here each day as 725 students come in. To be able to witness the gifts that our students bring to the greater community is incredible,” said Fetter.
These outstanding individuals and their lively personalities are sure to be great additions to the leaders of St. Dominic. It’s going to be a great year to be a Crusader!
